Data Engineer 

A BAS Data Engineer is responsible for collecting, integrating, managing, and analyzing data generated by Building Automation Systems, HVAC equipment, utility systems, and other facility Operational Technology (OT) systems. The position supports building operations, energy management, system optimization, and predictive maintenance by ensuring BAS data is accurate, accessible, secure, and properly structured.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines that collect information from BAS, HVAC, utility, and energy-management systems.

· Integrate data from BAS platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, BACnet, Modbus, and other building control systems.

· Develop and maintain databases, data models, dashboards, and reporting tools for facility operations and management.

· Analyze building performance data to identify energy savings opportunities, equipment issues, operational inefficiencies, and system trends.
