IMPORTANT NOTICE – INCUMBENT-ONLY POSITION
This position is only open to current employees supporting the FOMSS II Contract.  Applications from individuals who are not currently incumbents on this contract will not be considered.
Purpose and Scope:
Responsible for Work Management including supervision of personnel. Duties include work order receipt, processing, routing, maintenance of current work order status, reporting requirements, delivery order tracking for maintenance activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
1) Provide overall direction to Work Control staff.
2) Receive and assign Facilities Work Request to the appropriate organization.
3) Maintain current FWR status in CMMS and serve as primary interface to functional organizations.
4) Process Work Orders to completion for distribution to document closure by finance.
5) Ensure reports are timely, accurate, and complete.
6) Serve as primary interface for Work Management issues.
7) Maintenance and upkeep of the current work order file system.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
High School diploma or equivalent. Four (4) years experience in Work Control System with one (1) year supervisory experience.
