Enjoy early mornings, working outdoors, and taking pride in a beautifully maintained course? As a Seasonal Golf Course Maintenance Worker, you’ll play a key role in keeping Skyview Golf Course in top condition for golfers and visitors.
This position involves hands-on work caring for the golf course, surrounding grounds, and related equipment. Duties may include mowing greens, tees, and fairways; trimming and edging; raking bunkers; repairing turf; setting up course features; maintaining irrigation components; and performing general grounds and facility upkeep. You’ll work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and maintenance team to ensure the course is safe, clean, and visually appealing each day.
Work is performed primarily outdoors in all types of weather and typically starts early in the morning to prepare the course for daily play. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments. Â This is a physically active role that offers a rewarding start to the day and the satisfaction of seeing the results of your work immediately.

To be successful in this role, you should:
- Be 18 years of age or older to operate required equipmentÂ
- Be comfortable working early morning hours and flexible schedulesÂ
- Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditionsÂ
- Be able to perform physical labor such as lifting, digging, shoveling, raking, mowing, and standing or walking for extended periodsÂ
- Be reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to follow established routines and regulationsÂ
- Be able to read, understand, and follow instructions involving multiple tasksÂ
- Communicate effectively and work positively with coworkers, supervisors, and the publicÂ
Helpful knowledge and skills (training provided):
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, or turf careÂ
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipmentÂ
- Awareness of first aid practices and workplace safety precautionsÂ
- Willingness to assume responsibility and work independently when assignedÂ
Special Requirements:
- Valid state driver’s license requiredÂ
- Ability to drive standard transmission vehiclesÂ
