Sonic Summary

The Alliance Family YMCA is seeking qualified Lifeguards for Summer 2026.
Candidates must be at least 15 years old and possess current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding certification, as well as BLS (CPR) and First Aid certification.
Available shifts include openings on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting at 5:15am.
The starting wage is $12.00 per hour, which may increase based on experience.
Part-time staff will receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.

Lifeguard is responsible for overseeing the safety of all swimmers and people in the aquatic area
Attends mandatory in-service trainings
Positive attitude & team player
Rescue ready at all times during shift

Starting Wage:

$12.00 - commensurate with experience
