Sonic Summary

The Alliance Family YMCA is seeking qualified Lifeguards who are at least 15 years old.
Candidates must have current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding certification, as well as current BLS (CPR) and First Aid certifications.
The position requires availability Monday through Friday, starting at 5:15 am.
Lifeguards will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers, attending mandatory trainings, and maintaining a positive attitude.
The starting wage is $12.00, which may increase based on experience, and part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for childcare and programs.

Lifeguard is responsible for overseeing the safety of all swimmers and people in the aquatic area
Attends mandatory in-service trainings

Rescue ready at all times during shift

Starting Wage:

$12.00 - commensurate with experience
