Shipping & Receiving Specialist

The Role

This isn't just moving boxes.

You'll be responsible for receiving materials, preparing customer shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping products flowing efficiently throughout our facility.

What You'll Do

• Receive and verify incoming shipments.
• Unload, label, and properly store materials.
• Pick, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Process shipping and receiving documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and records.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and freight companies.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Support production and warehouse operations as needed.

Work Schedule & Expectations

This role supports our day shift operation.

Typical schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Overtime may be required based on business needs and customer demand.

We're upfront about this because our shipping team is a key part of ensuring customer orders are delivered on time.
