We are seeking a dedicated RN to function as 6am-230pm RN supervisor. This is a full time position Monday through Friday with rotating call.
The RN Supervisor is a Licensed Nurse who functions both as a supervisor and manager to provide quality care and services to our residents.. This individual is expected to assume the responsibility for his/her health care delivery and to supervise the work of other employees. This individual is responsible for coordinating all aspects of resident care fostering both interdepartmental and intradepartmental cooperation. He/She communicates pertinent information to Administration, Physicians, Families, Consultants, and other service providers.
Qualifications of the RN supervisor:
路 Dedicated to providing high quality care.
路 Graduate of an approved school of nursing
路 Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse.
路 Demonstration of leadership ability.
路 Displays caring attitude towards residents.
路 Works well with people.
路 Show enthusiasm and motivation.
路 Demonstrates the ability to verbally communicate resident status/changes in condition.
