Role
The Culinary Coordinator supports the Culinary leadership team across Amangiri and Camp Sarika, ensuring clear communication, organisation, and seamless daily operations. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, this role enables the culinary team to focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining consistency and precision across all outlets.
Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Act as the central point of communication between kitchen, service, and supporting departments.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate daily operational priorities across all culinary outlets.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain and update menus, ensuring accuracy across systems and guest-facing materials.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support menu development, seasonal programming, and culinary initiatives.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate with Events and Guest Experience teams to ensure seamless execution.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Track guest dietary requirements and special requests to ensure precise delivery.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support purchasing processes, including recipe costing, invoices, and inventory tracking.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain daily logs, reports, and operational updates for leadership review.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide operational support during service periods and assist with event coordination.
Requirements
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Previous experience in Culinary, Food and Beverage, or hospitality operations preferred.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong understanding of culinary operations within a luxury environment.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in hospitality systems such as Micros and Opera preferred.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Professional presentation and adherence to grooming standards.
