A Customer Service Representative IIIĀ works in all aspects of customer service, including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. Also assist inĀ maintainingĀ a safe, organized work environment and supporting general branch needs.Ā

HandleĀ electronic order entry and processingĀ utilizingĀ JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) softwareĀ Ā
Respond to customer sales inquiries inĀ a timely,Ā accurate, andĀ appropriate mannerĀ Ā
Submit and code bills and invoices toĀ theĀ AP department for paymentĀ
Work closely with the Sales and Operations teamsĀ toĀ maintainĀ adequate inventory levels to meet customer needsĀ
SupportĀ the Sales Team withĀ accurateĀ customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concernsĀ Ā
PrepareĀ reportsĀ with minimal supervisionĀ
Act asĀ informal team leadĀ Ā
EnsureĀ administrative tasksĀ are completedĀ

WhatĀ YouĀ Bring toĀ theĀ Role:Ā
4+ years of experienceĀ
ProficiencyĀ with Microsoft Office SuiteĀ Ā
Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed)Ā Ā
The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratiosĀ
Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safelyĀ
High School Diploma or equivalentĀ
Your Digital & Technology Capabilities:Ā
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and effectively utilize business systems such as JD Edwards ERPĀ
Comfort using digital collaboration and communication tools, including Microsoft Teams, to support customer service and cross-functional teamworkĀ
Ability to leverage data, reporting tools, and AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-makingĀ

Compensation and Benefits:āÆāÆĀ
The base compensation for this position ranges from $21.88 to $29.19 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.āÆāÆĀ
