The Administrative Director of Center for Medical Imaging, LLC (CMI) and Bridgeport Medical Imaging, LLC (BMI) provides overall leadership, direction and accountability for the Centers' assuming responsibility for operational planning, organizational development, budgeting, human resource management, managed care contracting/relations, financial performance, business development and public relations. The Administrator will work in cooperation and collaboration with the CMI and BMI Medical Director and the Center Management Team to plan, coordinate and direct operations and administrative functions in compliance with standards as required by federal, state, local, and regulatory bodies. The Administrative Director will work in collaboration with various departments at Providence Health System in support of CMI's and BMI's Radiology Information System (RIS) and PACS systems and overall integrative strategies. The Administrative Director will represent the Centers in internal and external business matters. This individual will take the lead in the development of strategic plans and relationships for the delivery and expansion of the Centers' services.Â

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Upon hire: Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board.
- Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or
- Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or
- Upon hire: National Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
- 3 years work experience at the Department Director, Practice Administrator or CEO level of an outpatient diagnostic imaging environment.
- Business operations and management experience, preferably in a busy diagnostic imaging environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.Â
- 5 years' work experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Experience working with a Governing Board and developing Board members, management of partner organizations, business community and representatives of local, state and national governmental bodies is important.
- Experience working in a joint venture environment.  Â
