We are seeking a dedicated Contact Center Representative to provide exceptional service to credit union members through phone and electronic communication. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and educating members on financial products and services. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and professionalism are key.

- Previous experience in credit unions, banking, customer service, sales, or a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding member service with energy, accuracy, and professionalism

- Handle inquiries via phone and secured messages regarding accounts, loans, and services

- Educate members on credit union products, cross-sell services, and provide financial solutions

- Research and resolve account-related issues and member concerns

- Process loan applications, deposits, returned mail, and payments

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and industry regulations

- Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and security protocols

- Complete daily balancing reports and assist with administrative tasks

Qualifications Desired:

Previous credit union, financial institution, member service, call/ contact center, sales or other related experience.
