DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. This is a unique opportunity in a tight-knit community featuring a set Monday, Wednesday, Friday only schedule.

We provide comprehensive paid training to fully prepare you for the PCT role—no prior dialysis experience is required! Plus, we offer robust opportunities for college support and real career growth. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care

• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment

• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment

• Record vital signs and patient data

• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health

• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent

• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment

• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet

• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and holidays as needed within your MWF schedule

• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
