Merchandiser – Alpena Area

Join Fabiano Brothers as a Merchandiser and be part of a fast-paced team in the beverage industry. This is a hands-on role where you'll help ensure our products are stocked, displayed, and ready for customers across local retail locations.

What You'll Do:

• Stock shelves and coolers at assigned retail accounts
• Build and maintain eye-catching product displays
• Move product from deliveries to the sales floor
• Organize and condense backstock
• Rotate product to ensure freshness
• Maintain strong relationships with store personnel

Schedule:
This role requires flexibility in hours, with a focus on early mornings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

• Ability to lift 40+ lbs repeatedly and perform physical work
• Reliable vehicle with valid insurance. 
• Smartphone for time tracking
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
