Oversee the day-to-day operations of a Raymond James & Associates (RJA) retail branch. May service clients in his/her own book of business.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing client accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within the client organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues. Manage ongoing relationships with identified client segments to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes based on client input.
• Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential client accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within the client organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
• Develop and propose annual business plans for a given area or department, ensuring alignment with strategy. Recommend financial and headcount budgets; propose business targets, for example, revenues or other key performance indicators (KPIs); and schedule key activities/projects, ensuring integration with other elements of the organization.
• Identify and communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the business area or department; explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision, and values; motivate people to commit to these tenets and do extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.
• Manage and report on the performance of a substantial, diverse team; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project/account team members and hold individuals accountable for achieving them; take appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team/personal objectives.

• Review and evaluate recommendations and requirements and to develop appropriate plans or deliver actions required.
• Propose a mutually agreed-upon agenda to start sales conversations that offer value to the client.
• Quickly and accurately define the needs of the key buying influencers.
• Connect with clients to strengthen the relationship, meeting personal needs through positive client experiences.

Education

Bachelor’s: Accounting, Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Finance
