About the Role:
Join SpeedPro Alpharetta as a Large Format Production Manager and lead our dynamic team in delivering high-quality visual solutions. In this role, you will oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency and excellence in every project.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Production Staff and daily production operations to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Create graphic design layouts and digital proofs.
- Prepress files for machine production (printing , cutting). Optimize setup for efficient use o time & materials.
- Operate printer and cutting machine software.
- Train and mentor team members on production techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in production management or a similar role in the printing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven capability in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work in a collegial and collaborative work environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
