ClariVise Private Wealth is seeking a long-term, personable candidate to fill an opening for a Client Service Specialist. You will utilize excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to provide information and education to clients, efficiently, and with a professional manner. Your role is critical in appropriately leveraging our Private Wealth Advisors' time by assisting with paperwork, cashiering and other client service tasks.

 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Handles front end paperwork for new accounts (investments, insurance etc.)
  • Communicates with clients and manages the workflow of this business independently
  • Handles annual IRA required distributions for clients
  • Owns and updates the data on our asset and insurance practice tracker each week
  • Help with proactive client service items and process-driven improvements with weekly 
  • Assisting in answering questions for new or existing clients
  • Operations call with all operations staff.
  • Heavy customer service contact
  • Handles cashier requests

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years’ experience in the financial services industry is a positive add
  • Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint) are essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and influence others without direct control
