We are looking for a passionate Area Operations Manager.  The ideal candidate will be motivated to join a quickly growing organization and excited to help us improve care experience for patients and providers.  The Area Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations for multiple Atlanta locations.  Most importantly we’re looking to bring someone into our team who is excited about our mission to improve mental healthcare across the country.  Responsibilities range from administrative duties to the support of the clinic’s team.Â
Locations: Alpharetta, Cumming, John’s Creek and Peachtree Corners
Compensation: 90-100K + 10% annual bonus
Area Operations Manager Job Responsibilities:Â
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with the patients and staffÂ
- Lead by example to ensure team successesÂ
- Monitors and ensures all systems used in the Office are operating to peak effectivenessÂ
- Provide weekly and monthly reportingÂ
- Trains and supervises office personnel and create training materialsÂ
- Maintain patient data according to company policiesÂ
- Guarantee records are stored securelyÂ
- Equipment and supply ordering and/or issuesÂ
- Completes monthly, quarterly, and annual operation checklistÂ
- Compliance with privacy and security regulationsÂ
- Manage the appearance of the officeÂ
- Maintain facilities and equipment in accordance with hygieneÂ
- Manage safety regulations including OSHAÂ
- Monitor and maintain the office budgetÂ

Education and Experience Requirements:Â
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)Â
- A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in managementÂ
- Some experience in healthcare settings (preferred)Â
- Experience building and overseeing clinical office
