- Consolidate L1 & L2 operations — triage, monitoring, and incident response across all HR & GWS apps, including agentic AI MCP server orchestration.
- Govern SLAs and release management — standardized deployment processes, DBA operations (Workday, Infor, SAP, Databricks, Oracle), and consolidated SLA enforcement.
- Drive operational excellence & automation — runbook automation, proactive monitoring/alerting, self-healing infrastructure, and AI adoption across the team.
- Manage people & vendors — hiring, performance reviews, career development, disciplinary action, and vendor/stakeholder coordination during upgrades and migrations.
