Perform structured compliance reviews within Jira Service Management (JSM) to detect changes executed without approved tickets or outside defined workflows.
Maintain audit-ready documentation to support internal audits, SOX testing, PCI Â reviews, and external compliance assessments. Â
Develop and maintain automated dashboards and executive-level reports tracking  KPIs such as Change Success Rate, Emergency Change %, Incident-to-Change  Correlation, Unauthorized Change Rate, and repeat offender trends. Â
Serve as the formal escalation point for non-compliant submissions, constructively  challenging change owners and escalating repeated violations to leadership when  necessary.
What Success Looks Like:
Strong adherence to enterprise change management policies with reduced policy violations and unauthorized changes.
Improved audit readiness with complete, accurate, and well-maintained documentation.
Clear visibility into change performance through actionable dashboards and reporting.
Early identification and resolution of risks associated with production changes.
Increased accountability across teams for change planning, approval, and execution.
Continuous improvement of governance processes aligned to regulatory and operational requirements.

Demonstrated accountability with a track record of delivering high-quality work and owning outcomes.
Ability to adapt and learn new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional or agile environments.
Self-awareness and openness to feedback, with the ability to continuously improve.

Advanced experience with Jira Service Management (JSM), including JQL, workflow configuration, dashboard creation, and reporting automation.
Understanding of ITIL 4 Change Enablement principles and experience applying governance frameworks.
Experience working in SOX and/or PCI-controlled environments, including audit support and evidence management.
