Key Responsibilities
- Operate 聽聽聽聽聽asphalt paver to lay asphalt to specified depth and grade
- Control 聽聽聽聽聽speed, material flow, and screed settings for consistent mat quality
- Work 聽聽聽聽聽closely with foreman, roller operators, and crew to maintain production 聽聽聽聽聽flow
- Ensure 聽聽聽聽聽proper alignment, slope, and drainage during paving operations
- Perform 聽聽聽聽聽daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Adjust 聽聽聽聽聽paving operations based on job conditions, weather, and site layout
- Maintain 聽聽聽聽聽a clean and safe jobsite
- Assist 聽聽聽聽聽with other crew tasks as needed

Rate of Pay: Range is $27 to $30 per hour
Requirements
聽Requirements
- 3+ 聽聽聽聽聽years of asphalt paving experience
- Experience 聽聽聽聽聽operating commercial asphalt pavers
- Strong 聽聽聽聽聽understanding of mat thickness, grade, and paving techniques
- Ability 聽聽聽聽聽to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Dependable 聽聽聽聽聽with strong work ethic
- Ability 聽聽聽聽聽to work early mornings, long days, and occasional weekends
- Valid 聽聽聽聽聽driver鈥檚 license
