About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean, Six Sigma, and other quality management tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality assurance to drive process enhancements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of improvement projects and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote continuous improvement methodologies among staff.
