About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality assurance to drive process enhancements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of improvement projects and adjust strategies accordingly.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote continuous improvement methodologies among staff.
