We're Growing! Join Our Team

We're looking for an upbeat, professional, and reliable Dental Assistant to join our multi-specialty office in Alpharetta, GA, where we care for patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is certified, passionate about patient care, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
  • Explain office procedures to patients prior to treatment.
  • Provide quality and compassionate care before, during, and after dental procedures.
  • Manage patient comfort and safety during treatments.
  • Accurately chart pre-existing conditions and input patient progress notes.
  • Deliver post-op instructions following surgery or restorative procedures.
  • Take impressions for study models.
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment.
  • Take and develop x-rays; collect and record patient health histories.
  • Serve as infection control officer: develop protocols and sterilize instruments/equipment.
  • Monitor and report operatory equipment and handpiece repairs; maintain repair logs.
  • Complete daily/weekly/monthly tasks (e.g., autoclave testing, trap cleaning).
  • Assist with monthly supply orders.
  • Support recall and treatment plan reports when requested.
  • Adhere to all government and company regulations.
  • Provide direct patient care across specialties including orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and strong computer skills.
  • Upbeat attitude and outgoing personality - a must!
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Team player and people person.

Requirements

  • Dental Assistant certification.
  • Excellent chairside manner.
  • Adaptability to different techniques and patient needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and a drive to grow professionally.
  • Commitment to following policies and procedures.
  • Bilingual Spanish candidates are a plus!
  • Salary based on experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
