Role and Mission

As an Enhancement Crew Member at Tri Scapes, you’re on the front lines of transforming commercial and municipal properties through high-impact installation projects. This isn’t just about routine maintenance; it’s about precision, craftsmanship, and executing landscape installations that elevate our clients' properties. From planting large trees and shrubs to installing sod, hardscapes, and seasonal color, you’ll ensure every enhancement project is built to last and looks its absolute best.

Duties 

• Perform landscape install projects which includes planting trees, shrubs, seasonal color, and ground cover according to scope of work
• Perform site prep and grading, including soil prep, leveling, and installing sod or seed
• Spread and install bulk materials such as mulch, pine straw, pavers, and gravel
• Assist with any light hardscape and drainage installs as needed for projects
• Safely operate and maintain all tools and equipment per company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site during and after installation
• Follow all guidelines of Tri Scapes safety culture on all job site, including proper use of PPE and equipment

Qualifications 

• Previous experience in landscaping, installation, or construction a plus, but willing to train the right person 
• Ability to work outdoors in various Georgia weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Dependable transportation to and from work. 
• A valid US driver’s license and clean MVR is a plus.
