Position Summary:

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, planning, and overall management of Company inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inventory planning and management
  • Receiving inbound goods
  • Regular utilization of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Inventory cycle counting
  • Engage and support Cennox safety culture and efficient operation of the business, while maintaining positive working relationships across the organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of inventory management experience
  • Assist with implementing, directing and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent attention to detail, being thorough in completing tasks, ability to detect problems and report information accordingly
  • Good written communication as appropriate for the needs of the audience, including reading comprehension in order to read and interpret documents
  • Computer proficiency with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs
  • Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable in order to fulfil obligations
  • Must be willing and able to practice adaptability, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach freely
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time 
  • Must have good hand/eye coordination  
  • Vision correctable to 20/20
  • Finger dexterity for use of applicable tools
