Position Summary:
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, planning, and overall management of Company inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inventory planning and management
- Receiving inbound goods
- Regular utilization of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Inventory cycle counting
- Engage and support Cennox safety culture and efficient operation of the business, while maintaining positive working relationships across the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
- 2+ years of inventory management experience
- Assist with implementing, directing and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent attention to detail, being thorough in completing tasks, ability to detect problems and report information accordingly
- Good written communication as appropriate for the needs of the audience, including reading comprehension in order to read and interpret documents
- Computer proficiency with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs
- Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable in order to fulfil obligations
- Must be willing and able to practice adaptability, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach freely
- Ability to stand for long periods of timeÂ
- Must have good hand/eye coordination Â
- Vision correctable to 20/20
- Finger dexterity for use of applicable tools
