got lawn? Tree and Turf Care is hiring a Lawn Care Spray Technician to join our team! This is steady, hands-on work in an essential industry that people rely on year-round.

In this role, you’ll work outdoors to keep local yards and landscapes healthy and beautiful. You'll interact with customers daily and work alongside a supportive, friendly crew. If you want job security and a place to build your future, we’d love to hear from you.

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (or until your route is finished)

Pay

$45,000 - $55,000

What You’ll Handle

Apply lawn care treatments such as fertilizer and weed management
Operate a company vehicle to client properties and locations (valid driver’s license required)
Discuss the work with clients and answer any questions Identify turf issues and assist in fixing them
Properly care for equipment and use it safely
Recommend additional services when appropriate for clients

Requirements

At least 21 years of age required
Current driver’s license and clear driving history
Capable of securing DOT Certification
Able to handle lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods of time
Comfortable outdoors in varied weather conditions
Strong communication and time management abilities
Sales-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills
Must remain completely drug-free
Likes being part of a team and loves having fun
