Job Summary We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team full-time, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process. In addition, this person must have graphic design skills to offer assistance with large-format design, presentation decks, and sales collateral. Responsibilities Project Management & Coordination Help coordinate and manage a variety of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Collaborate with team members and multiple third-party vendors. Communicate with school officials and sales team representatives in order to move projects to fruition Quote projects and work to ensure accuracy with pricing Strong organizational skills and time management Job Requirements Qualifications/Skill Requirements Diverse project management background. 2-4 years’ experience in project management. Excellent computer and data entry skills; high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Google G-Suite. Detail-oriented Experience with Monday.com preferred. Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Can work both independently and in a team environment. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time. Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment regularly. Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach within an office environment. Ability to lift and move items up to 15 lbs., such as files, office supplies, or equipment. Comfortable working in a standard indoor office setting with moderate noise levels. Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through virtual meeting platforms. Qualifications
