Summary

We are seeking a proactive and strategic SFMC Developer with Naehas software knowledge and ability to create Rules/configuration in software using JavaScript in Alpharetta GA(onsite) for large investment bank.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain dynamic content rules and templates in Naehas software using JavaScript.
Develop and manage personalization logic, rules, and workflows to support customer communication strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and development teams to implement rule-driven personalization and regulatory disclosures.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution and rule-based configurations.
Provide technical documentation and user training for non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up to date with best practices in SFMC, Naehas, and JavaScript customization

Eligibility Requirements

8+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in campaign & offer management application development (experience with Naehas preferred)
Lead technical architecture and development of Offer Management solutions
Design and implement integrations with Adobe Experience Platform (CDP) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud/CRM
Collaborate with product managers and solution architects to define technical requirements and delivery plans
Mentor and guide a team of developers
Participate in client workshops and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Drive continuous improvement in development practices and solution delivery
Strong knowledge of data modeling, customer segmentation, and real-time personalization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $130K-$150K. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
