We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to serve as the administrative backbone of our Operations leadership team. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll support a team of senior leaders — keeping calendars, meetings, events, and systems running seamlessly so leadership can stay focused on the big picture.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the COO and Operations VPs — managing calendars, travel, expenses, and correspondence
  • Own end-to-end meeting coordination, including agenda prep, note-taking, and action item tracking
  • Plan and execute large-scale events such as the bi-annual SPARK conference, Franchise Convention, and Discovery Days
  • Coordinate franchise recruitment activities, FAC meetings, and franchisee communications
  • Administer the Aim High associate recognition program and other field acknowledgment initiatives
  • Maintain key operational data systems, directories, P-Card activity, and invoice coding

What We're Looking For

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred (HS diploma required)
  • 3–5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders
  • Proven experience planning large meetings or conferences (50+ attendees)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with RAMP, Navan, Symbeo, or similar platforms a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of discretion
  • Multi-unit retail, restaurant, or franchise environment experience preferred

Travel estimated at 10–15% for event execution. Extended hours required during peak periods.
