As a Project Engineer – Proposals Manager a typical day might include the following:Â
- Conduct business development meetings with sales representatives and customersÂ
- Estimate Engineering Services and subcontractor labor, equipment, and expensesÂ
- Orchestrate proposal development, internal review, and submission to customerÂ
- Evaluate and quantify project risks in accordance withproposed scope of workÂ
- Constructfront-end milestone and construction schedulesÂ
- Ensure status for proposal submission, due dates, and estimated project execution dates areaccurateÂ

Required Qualifications:Â
Bachelorsdegree in Engineering or related technical fieldÂ
Associates Degree with minimum of 4 years relevant experienceÂ
PMP Certification or similar with 6 years relevant experienceÂ
Basic knowledge of electric power system protection and control, integration and/or automation and communications applicationsÂ
Working knowledge of electric power system design, studies, information and communication technology and protective relay applicationsÂ
Willing to travel 25% based on focus areaÂ
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skillsÂ
Background check results satisfactory to SELÂ
Negative drug test result(s)Â

Pay Range Data
We anticipate filling this position between $100,000 - $140,000. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the salary range may differ if filled at a different level. Our salary ranges are determined by job and responsibilities. We base our starting pay offer on job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
