ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

 

Our Program Manager job is to lead, manage, and coordinate cross-functional projects and teams on critical, high-complexity programs to drive strong client engagement, deliver exceptional outcomes, and provide outstanding business support. This involves close collaboration with project sponsors, customers, and resource managers to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, all aligned with business priorities.

 

The role also requires providing direction to program team members and coordinating the various activities that contribute to overall program success. Additionally, it demands the ability to build strong relationships across customers, functions, and the broader organization to ensure best practices in project and program management are consistently upheld.

 

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business priorities and full customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, team members, and third-party partners to ensure proper program structure and delivery.
  • Develop, execute, and update project plans with input from relevant teams.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve program risks, issues, and changes; ensure smooth project closure or continuity.
  • Maintain budgets, financial reporting, and cost control in line with corporate policies.
  • Control project changes per commercial priorities and escalate when necessary.
  • Follow and promote program delivery methodology and industry best practices.
  • Provide regular status updates to management and contribute to improving delivery processes.
  • Develop stakeholder communication plans and align deliverables to program outcomes.
  • Mentor and support other project managers.
  • Support Customer Delivery team objectives and uphold company reputation.
  • Engage in pre- and post-sales support, client services, and solution production support.
  • Maintain program/project documentation and assist in roadmap and product planning.
  • Promote PMO governance and educate teams on project initiation processes.                                  

                                                               

 

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

 

  • Strong client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills; able to build relationships across all stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project/program management, planning, reporting, and risk management from initiation to completion.
  • Skilled in using project planning tools and monitoring program progress.
  • Knowledge of Ingenico PDM framework, operational processes, and PMO responsibilities.
  • Leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities; capable of guiding teams effectively.
  • Financial acumen including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and able to maintain structure and vision under pressure.
  • High professionalism, ethics, and organizational awareness to achieve objectives efficiently.
  • Experienced in project planning tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SW development tooling (JIRA, Confluence, et cetera…).
