To learn more, visit inhabit.com.  Job Description Summary The Project Manager will support complex, cross functional initiatives within our Point Solutions organization. This role operates in a highly matrixed environment and is responsible for planning, tracking, and driving delivery across multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders.  The ideal candidate brings strong experience with modern project and work management tools, excels at synthesizing information across multiple CRM and PM platforms, and has a passion for improving operational efficiency through process design, automation, and emerging technologies including Generative AI. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to produce executive ready outputs that drive alignment and decision making. What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities) Lead end to end project planning and delivery across multiple DMS functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear accountability. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines, including dependency mapping and critical path management. Track and manage work across multiple CRM systems and project management tools, consolidating progress, risks, and outcomes into a single, actionable view. Partner with functional leaders to identify risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively developing mitigation plans and escalation paths. Drive process mapping and optimization initiatives, documenting current state and future state workflows to improve scalability and efficiency. Identify and recommend opportunities for process automation, AI enabled workflows, and reduction of manual effort across project and operational processes. Build executive ready presentations, summaries, and dashboards to communicate project status, insights, and recommendations to leadership. Develop and maintain Excel based models, trackers, and analytical tools to support project decisions, capacity planning, and performance measurement. Support continuous improvement by establishing repeatable project standards, documentation, and best practices across DMS. QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications) 7-10 years of experience in Project Management, digital marketing, or strategic consulting, preferably within the vacation rental, hospitality, or travel technology industry. Proven experience managing cross functional projects in a fast paced, matrixed organization. Strong proficiency with project management and work tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar). Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate complex data into clear executive level insights. Experience with process improvement, workflow design, and automation. Working knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing operations workflows. Hands on experience using Generative AI or automation tools to improve productivity, analysis, or decision making. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in ambiguity.
