The ideal candidate leads complex, cross functional initiatives that support long term business objectives and organizational priorities. They manage project scope, timelines, and resources while aligning stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring execution and ongoing performance stays focused on measurable outcomes. This person should also be data-driven, analytical, creative, results-oriented, and must possess great written and verbal communication abilities. They need to be highly adaptable to a constantly changing marketing world and should always be looking for opportunities to grow, evolve, and drive results. What You'll Do Develop strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact, gaining a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic, high impact initiatives across multiple teams and departments Communicate data and marketing strategies during customer conversations Search for continuous improvement opportunities to achieve and exceed customer goals Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations Align stakeholders across business, product, operations, and technical teams to ensure clarity and coordination Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints, and implement mitigation strategies proactively Analyze key performance indicators and develop action plans accordingly Monitor project performance and outcomes, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value Facilitate executive level communication, including status reporting, insights, and recommendations Drive cross functional collaboration and ensure accountability across all phases of execution Support post launch evaluation, continuous improvement, and long term performance by analyzing client data and industry trends, and providing strategic insight to maximize ROI QualificationsExperience and Education Requirements       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience       4+ years of experience in account/project management, digital marketing, or strategic consulting, preferably in Marketing Services, PropTech, SaaS, or technology driven environments       Experience navigating GA4, with a strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising (PPC), email marketing, lead generation, and digital marketing best practices.       Proven ability to deliver strategic initiatives with execution and deliver measurable outcomes       Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills       Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into strategic recommendations       Experience using CRM to manage client relationships and marketing analytics tools to track success       Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, actionable manner       Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality outcomes             Experience working with distributed or remote teams       Type       Full-Time, Salary Exempt       Location       We have an in-office work style, with most team members working in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday       Benefits Include       Competitive Pay       Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Plans       Health Savings Accounts       Flexible Spending Account       Dependent Flexible Spending Account       Critical Illness       Accident       Retirement Savings Plan (401K) with discretionary company match       Short and Long Term Disability       Company Paid $25,000.00 life insurance       Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance       Employee Assistance Program       Paid Holidays       Paid Vacation       Paid Volunteer Time             Inhabit Employee Discount Programs       Our Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all federal, state, and local laws, including providing reasonable accommodations to applicants.            #Inhabithires #LI-FA1
