We are seeking aĀ Divisional Vice President of Sales DevelopmentĀ to design, lead, and evolve the strategies that power our sales teams and accelerateĀ long-termĀ growth.Ā

This roleĀ ownsĀ the vision, structure, and execution of the Sales Development organization, ensuring alignment with enterprise growthĀ objectivesĀ and strong partnership with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership. You will lead with a balance of strategic foresight and operational rigor—building scalable models, developingĀ high performingĀ leaders, and using data to continuouslyĀ optimizeĀ performance.Ā 

This is a highly visible,Ā enterprise impactĀ role for a senior leader who thrives at the intersection ofĀ strategy,Ā peopleĀ leadership, analytics, andĀ execution someone who can transform sales development into a true competitive advantage.Ā 

WhatĀ You’llĀ DoĀ 

  • Set and lead theĀ enterprise sales development strategy, translating companyĀ objectivesĀ into scalable, measurable initiatives that drive sustainable pipeline growthĀ 

  • ParticipateĀ inĀ enterprise strategic planningĀ with Senior Executive Leadership, includingĀ facilitatingĀ Quarterly Business Reviews and contributing toĀ three yearĀ planning initiativesĀ 

  • Build, mentor, and inspireĀ high performingĀ Sales Development leaders and teams, providing leadership training and clear career development pathsĀ 

  • Lead divisionalĀ Learning & Development planning, promoting continuous education and expanding new learning offerings informed by performance data and sales feedbackĀ 

  • ConductĀ annual gap analysesĀ with Sales to evaluate performance and develop targeted training contentĀ 

  • Design andĀ optimizeĀ inbound and outbound sales development models, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a strong prospect experienceĀ 

  • LeverageĀ data, forecasting, and reportingĀ to evaluate performance, manage capacity, track trainee progress, and guide strategicĀ decision makingĀ 

  • Create,Ā facilitate, and report onĀ divisional OKRs and KPIs, ensuring metrics align with enterprise success measuresĀ 

  • IdentifyĀ and implementĀ tools, technologies, and methodologiesĀ that improve productivity, consistency, and operational effectivenessĀ 

  • IdentifyĀ operational challenges and developĀ creative, scalable solutionsĀ to support performance and growthĀ 

  • Develop and manage theĀ division’s annual budget, acting based on forecasting and performance trendsĀ 

  • Conduct regularĀ coaching oversight, including shadows, ā€œshadows of shadows,ā€ and quarterlyĀ check insĀ with Sales Development leaders and associatesĀ 

  • Maintain month over monthĀ Sales Development reporting, including trainee tracking, capacity planning, turnover analysis, and progress monitoringĀ 

  • Compile and shareĀ annual Sales Development resultsĀ with Sales LeadershipĀ 

  • Support new revenue opportunities throughĀ partnerships,Ā third partyĀ relationships, and business alliancesĀ 

  • IdentifyĀ and recommendĀ causes and initiativesĀ aligned with company values and goalsĀ 

What You BringĀ 

  • Ā Six years of professional experience leading or mentoring others in a formal sales environmentĀ 

  • Two years of experience in the staffing industry or anĀ inside sales relatedĀ fieldĀ 

  • Proven experience leadingĀ sales development orĀ revenue generatingĀ teams at scale, ideally within a complex orĀ high growthĀ organizationĀ 

  • Demonstrated ability toĀ build, coach, and lead leaders, not just individual contributorsĀ 

  • DeepĀ expertiseĀ inĀ sales development methodologies, metrics, and enabling technologiesĀ 

  • A strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute—comfortable setting vision whileĀ remainingĀ close toĀ the workĀ 

  • Exceptional communication and influence skills, including the ability to engage and present to executive stakeholdersĀ 

  • AĀ data drivenĀ approachĀ complemented by strong business judgment and intuitionĀ Ā
