About the Role

This position is responsible for assigned revenue and product innovation goals for the Home Insurance vertical. The role drives the home insurance market by leading, innovating and delivering compelling value. This role will be responsible for creating and driving our strategy for the Home Insurance Quote Experience.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Capture the voice of the market and ensure new offerings meet customers' needs.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Establish thought leadership within the market. Write white papers and speak at industry events.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate market direction(s) internally and externally.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Drive the creation of new product concepts to support the strategic vision of the Vertical.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Determine pricing models for new and existing offerings.

Opportunity Development & Relationship Management:聽Maintain existing relationships and generate new business opportunities based on market need.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work with the Client Engagement team to establish and maintain senior level customer contacts.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare presentations for senior level customer contacts.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop high level contacts with partners in the industry.

New Product Introduction:聽Define new product offerings and create market requirements.

Competitive and Legislative Oversight: Monitor current state of competitive landscape

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct competitive analysis when new products enter the vertical market. Also responsible for monitoring state and federal legislative, policy and regulation changes that impact the vertical.

Major Customer/Opportunity support: Provide ongoing strategic consultation to internal teams in direct support of highly visible, highly valued accounts and opportunities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Duties include, but are not limited to, customer strategy, customer meetings, requirements definition and documentation, coordination with internal and external technical resources, senior management briefing.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work with internal teams to continually identify key target accounts and define and refine the appropriate message for each.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Product Promotion: Trade show/convention exhibitions. Advertising and promotional material design.

Market P&L Management

Drive operating results for assigned market responsibilities, leveraging the breath of our matrix organization through influence and strategy formation.

Requirements

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 5+ years of experience in insurance (preferred) and developing and bringing new products to market.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 3+ years driving new products and revenue growth.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Project management skills.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Business Analysis skills/experience.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Excellent verbal and written communications.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $118,300 - $219,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
