Seasonal Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate fulfills several key functions based on the current warehouse needs, including order picking, inventory counts, and loading shipments, with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, and timeliness. This position is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

Core Responsibilities:

Order Picking:

• Efficiently and accurately pick client orders for shipment

Physical Counts:

• Accurately count each item to make sure the order is correct
• Organize and box each order for the Processing/Shipping team

Loading FedEx Truck:

• Organizing the truck to maximize space

Maintain a safe workplace:

• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience operating a hand truck, pallet jack, and/or other warehouse equipment is preferred
• Ability to lift over 40 lbs. and be physically active for the duration of the shift
• Organizational Skills: Manage paperwork and maximize space when loading a truck
