Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Â Â - Trouble shoots same to component level specifications.
- Know how to navigate Windows OS.
- Assemble and disassemble units down to a bare bones level.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
- Experience with tools and equipment used for peripheral repair and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
