Job Description:

Senior professional with strong knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of project management. Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight. Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures. Make moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes. Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.

Works to achieve operational targets with direct impact on the departmental results. Contributes to the development of goals for the department and planning efforts (budgets, operational plans, etc.).

 

Essential Functions: 

 

  • Performs work with general oversight and broad autonomy.
  • May lead large projects or processes both within and beyond the immediate job area.
  • Provides guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.
  • Manages complex projects, including delegating tasks and reviewing work products.
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of demand and supply assessment and accuracy.
  • Works toward operational targets that directly impact departmental results.
  • Contributes to departmental goal setting and planning, including budgets and operational plans.
  • Communicates across and outside the function, including with external parties, and drives improvements to systems and processes through analysis, problem-solving, and innovation.
  • Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Fully proficient support individual contributor.
  • Works under limited supervision.
  • May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Suite, Pivot Tables etc.
