Precision Heating And Cooling Inc is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Comstock Park, MI! Responsibilities:

Install residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper system installation
Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and ductwork to new and replacement HVAC equipment
Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation
Collaborate with team members and communicate job progress with supervisors and customers
Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards on every job
Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure all tools and equipment are properly handled

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience preferred
Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and electrical components
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a professional attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor/outdoor environments
