JTC Home Health Inc. is expanding our dedicated clinical team to serve patients in the beautiful Alpine, CA area and surrounding East County regions of San Diego County. We are actively seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional in-home care.

Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) - Alpine Area

Location: Primarily serving patient homes in Alpine, CA, and occasionally surrounding East County areas. Schedule:Part-Time. We prioritize finding schedules that work for both you and our patients. Reports To: Clinical Supervisor

Your Core Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care as ordered by the physician, managing complex cases with professionalism.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, wound care, medication management, and patient/family teaching.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time within the agency's EHR system.
Act as a primary coordinator between the patient, family, and the interdisciplinary home health team.

Qualifications We Require:

Active, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Minimum of 1 year of recent, hands-on nursing experience (Home Health experience is a significant plus).
Reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License (travel throughout the service area is required).
Excellent clinical judgment, organizational skills, and strong patient communication.
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
