We are seeking a dynamic and driven Personal Lines Marketing Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for promoting our personal insurance products, building strong relationships with referral sources, and driving business growth through strategic marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, is highly motivated, and has the ability to maintain strong referral relationships.

What you’ll do:


Referral Development & Networking: Build and expand partnerships with lenders, homebuilders, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers to generate steady referrals. Attend and actively participate in networking events, conferences, expos, etc. Setup company branding displays, distribute marketing materials, and professionally represent the company at all events.

Lead Generation & Sales Growth: Proactively seek new business opportunities and promote products through networking, calls, emails, presentations, and social media. Ability to exceed sales targets.

Relationship Management: Maintain long-term partnerships with referral sources while continuing to build new community partnerships and referral sources.

Brand Representation & Ethics: Serve as a brand ambassador, actively promoting and strengthening the company’s reputation in the marketplace. Uphold the highest ethical standards by conducting yourself with professionalism, respect, and integrity in every interaction.


Position Requirements & Expectations:

  • Travel is required to meet the expectations of the position. Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and provide proof of valid insurance according to company defined minimum limits.
  • Ability to attend networking events, direct appointments, meetings, and similar activities, which may occur outside of regular business hours.
  • Training is provided outside of the qualifications outlined for this position. Training location is based out of Altamonte Springs.
  • Candidates must currently reside in the state of Florida. Locations may include Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando, Lakeland, and surrounding areas.
  • 220 or 2044 license highly preferred. In the absence of an active license, either license must be obtained within the first 3 months of employment. All matters pertaining to personal insurance coverages are handled by a licensed insurance agent.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or insurance.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional and highly motivated with a proven ability to work independently while consistently achieving company objectives. Ability to surpass expectations with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong involvement and connection to a community of realtors, mortgage brokers, or lenders.
  • Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment.
  • Maintain a high ethical standard and good reputation.
  • Ability to respectfully work with all staff employed by the agency.
