Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time)

Grand Villa is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our vibrant community. This flexible, part-time role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for maintenance and repairs to contribute to a welcoming environment. The position involves working approximately 16 hours per week, with some weekend availability required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform painting, repairs, and general maintenance tasks throughout the community

- Assist with HVAC system troubleshooting and basic servicing

- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in painting, repairs, HVAC, and general maintenance

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Flexibility to work some weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude

- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing
