We are looking for an energetic, hands-on, and solutions-driven Weaving Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about workplace safety, environmental stewardship, employee engagement, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced industrial environment.

BGF Industries in Altavista, VA is hiring for numerous full-time manufacturing positions. High school diploma or GED and valid ID required. These positions will be for second (4pm - Midnight) and third shifts (Midnight - 8am) throughout manufacturing.

• Operate machinery and review/inspect quality while being produced.

• Requires attention to detail and monitoring outputs.

• Requires working as a team with the other operators/technicians

• We have numerous openings due to increased business opportunities.
