Job DetailsJob Location: Juniors #5 - Alton, TX 78572Travel Percentage: NoneJob Purpose: - Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Key Responsibilities: - Measure and combine ingredients according to recipes. - Operate and maintain baking equipment. - Monitor baking progress and adjust oven temperatures as needed. - Decorate and present baked goods attractively. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Additional Duties: Management reserves the right to assign additional tasks as necessary to support store operations. Employees will be provided with proper training and protective equipment for any and all assigned tasks that require special handling.QualificationsPreferred Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent Required Experience: - 2+ years of experience in a commercial baking environment Required Skills and Abilities: - Knowledge of baking techniques and principles - Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately - Ability to operate commercial baking equipment - Strong attention to detail and quality control - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Required Certifications: -Food Handlers Certification (required)
