Job Description - Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking an experienced and adaptable RN Float Pool Nurse to provide quality patient care across multiple inpatient units. ICU and/or ED experience preferred, though other acute-care hospital experience will be considered.
Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Salary: $42.78–$53.74/hour
Night Differential: +$4.00/hour
Weekend Premium: 40% of base pay
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 with 2-year commitment
Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience
Weekend: 11 out of 12 weekends
Holidays: 2 major holidays/year
New Grads: Not eligibleÂ
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care across assigned units.
- Assess patients and administer medications/treatments.
- Monitor and report changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
- Educate patients and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Adapt to different units and patient needs.
- Follow safety and clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the applicable state.
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
- Acute-care hospital experience preferred.
- ICU and/or ED experience strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and adaptability.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple clinical settings.
Compensation
- $42.78–$53.74/hour
- +$4.00/hour night differential
- 40% weekend premium
- $20,000 sign-on bonus with 2-year commitment.
