Earnings:

Starting rate: $0.56 CPM — goes up to $0.64 CPM as you gain experience
Weekly gross average: $1,300 to $1,500
Extra pay on short loads: $40 flat for anything under 100 miles
$15.00 per stop
Performance bonus program

Your Schedule:

Ohio dedicated — out and back, same region every week
34-hour restart hometime
Day, night, or rotation available
Weekend availability required

Freight & Miles:

Roughly 1,800 miles weekly — consistent, no slow weeks
Your own dedicated planner keeping you loaded
Drop & hook, preload, live load and unload all in the mix
Heads up: lane runs through cold weather territory

Paid CDL Training Program:

4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer — you get paid the whole time
Solo position from day one after training — no team driving
Hit $0.56 CPM the moment you take the wheel solo
