Grounds Maintenance I

Shift: 6am-4pm

Days Off: Friday/Saturday/Sunday

$20/hour          Get paid when you need it – daily, weekly or biweekly!

What you'll be responsible for:

• Keep grounds properly maintained by planting and maintaining grass, trees, flowers, shrubs, etc.
• Responsible for snow removal.
• Assists with barn and dorm maintenance and repairs.
• Keeps all equipment well maintained.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have a valid Class B Driver's License (CDL with Air Brakes), a safe driving record, and must meet company insurance requirements. Previous experience preferred. Must pay close attention to detail. Indoor/outdoor work environment. Must be able to climb and work from a ladder. Ability to stand or walk for an 8-hour shift. Mowing on hills. Must be able to operate various kinds of equipment safely and cautiously. Will be on 24-hour call for snow removal during winter months. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and varied hours.
