Grounds Maintenance II

Shift: 6am-4pm

Days Off: Friday/Saturday/Sunday

$22/hour          Get paid when you need it – daily, weekly or biweekly!

What you'll be responsible for:

• Keep grounds properly maintained by planting and maintaining grass, trees, flowers, shrubs, etc.
• Responsible for snow removal.
• Assists with barn and dorm maintenance and repairs.
• Keeps all equipment well maintained.

Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.  Must have a valid Class B driver’s license (CDL with Air Brakes), a safe driving record and must meet company insurance requirements.  Previous experience preferred.  Must pay close attention to detail.  Must be able to operate various kinds of equipment safely and cautiously.  Ability to communicate and interact verbally and in writing with people of diverse backgrounds. Indoor/Outdoor environment.   Smoking environment.  Must be able to climb and work from a ladder.  Ability to lift 75 pounds.  Ability to stand or walk for an 8-hour shift, bend, stoop, and   twist.  Mowing on hills.  Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours.  May have exposure to chemicals.  Will be on 24-hour call for snow removal during winter months.
