MEDICAL OFFICE MANAGER

Lemme Audiology is seeking to hire an Office Manager for our thriving practice. The position is full-time and located in Altoona, PA. The hours are Monday – Friday – 8AM – 5PM. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate to manage the staff and work directly with the owner of the practice.

About Our Practice:

Lemme Audiology Associates is a busy audiology practice with 1 full time and 1 part-time location. We have 10 employees whose mission is to provide the highest level of patient centered hearing healthcare for our patients. We strive to provide a friendly work environment along with continuing education, training and opportunity for growth for our employees. We focus on a team approach to providing the best services possible for our patients.

What you will do:

  • 2 years or more prior management experience.

  • Credentialing.

  • Ensure billing is completed accurately and timely, other financial duties.

  • Manage patient schedule effectively.

  • Coordinate all company meetings.

  • Ensure incredible customer service is provided by everyone in the company.

  • Manage marketing plan and budget.

What you will need:

  • 2 years or more prior management experience in a medical setting.

  • Demonstrated history of driving top line growth.

  • Excellent people management skills.

  • Oral/written communication skills and abilities.

  • Responsible, high energy, excellent attention to detail.

  • A compassionate approach to customers is essential.

  • Quick Books experience needed.
