Player Services Representative

Shift: Sunday-Tuesday 3pm-11pm and Friday/Saturday 6pm-2am

Days Off: Wednesday/Thursday

$16.50/hour          Get paid when you need it – daily, weekly or biweekly!

Do you make a great first impression and like being the go-to employee? As a Prairie Gold Representative, you will be one of the first faces our guests see and the go-to for all casino questions.  Prairie Gold Representatives are an integral part of the marketing team at Prairie Meadows.

Here’s what you’d be responsible for:

• Ensuring guests are greeted and given property details and rewards program information. 
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company property, operations, community activities, promotions & special events. 
• Promoting the Prairie Gold Rewards program and its benefits to guests and providing assistance with account setup and questions.
• Assisting with the execution of promotions and special events on property. 
• Assisting the gift shop by creating and maintaining displays, operating cash register, and helping guests. 

Requirements: Strong guest service and communication skills required. Basic knowledge of cash registers a plus. Must be able to ring up sales, balance registers, handle cash accurately, and dispense change. Must be highly motivated and comfortable working with the public. Basic typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred. Must be willing and able to learn computer software programs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a secondary smoke environment. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Weekend, holiday, and varied hours may apply.
