Our dealership needs a Reconditioning Technician who turns “good” into WOW!  Key Responsibilities Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs or cosmetic improvements Perform paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, dent removal, and scratch repairs Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards Replace or repair worn or damaged parts such as trim, molding, and lights Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe working environment Assist with vehicle inspections and reporting on reconditioning progress Team up with Service & Sales to make our lot shine Other duties as assigned by management.
